Mount Pulaski wins home opener

[September 04, 2015]   The Lady Toppers picked up their first win of the season in front of the hometown crowd Thursday night. Mount Pulaski defeated Athens 25-17 and 25-11.

Maddy Davis led the Lady Toppers with 11 kills and Skylar Hayes contributed 6 kills. Alexandra Beckers had 21 assists while Abigail Fitzpatrick had 12 digs.

The Lady Toppers JV team also picked up their first win by scores of 25-20 and 25-20 over the Warriors.

Mount Pulaski's next game is Tuesday, September 8 at Warrensburg-Latham High School.
