							Obituary 
							 
							Naomi F. Pinkley, 89, of Lincoln went to be with the 
							Lord at 10:36 a.m. September 1, 2015 at Memorial 
							Medical Center, Springfield. 
							 
							Naomi was born September 19, 1925 at Buffalo, 
							Missouri, the daughter of Asa Franklin and Rebecca 
							“Elsie” Mann Cline. She married Virgil Pinkley 
							November 30, 1946 at Fort Scott, Kansas. He preceded 
							her in death September 9, 2009. 
							 
							Mrs. Pinkley is survived by nine children; Howard D. 
							Pinkley, Richard L. (Donna) Pinkley of Normal, David 
							R. Pinkley of Lincoln, Carl D. (Diane) Pinkley of 
							Mount Pulaski, Linda L. Gaitros of Lincoln, Gary L. 
							(Fern) Pinkley of Springfield, Betty A. Pinkley of 
							Lincoln, Juanita K. (Mike) Buttell of Lincoln, 
							Steven L. (Patty) Pinkley of Springfield, one step 
							daughter; Patricia J. Brooks of Springfield, MO, 
							Brothers; Kenneth (Mary) Cline and Donald Cline all 
							of Independence, MO, nine grandchildren; several 
							great grandchildren; several great-great 
							grandchildren; several step grandchildren; several 
							step great grandchildren; and several step 
							great-great grandchildren and several nieces and 
							nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 
							husband, infant brother; David Cline, brothers; Paul 
							and Riley Cline, sisters; Ruby Liles, Nova Bailey 
							Koons, Dorothy Cline and Edith Kellogg.  | 
							
							 
                    
					  
							Naomi was a member of Lincoln Southern Baptist 
							Church. She loved her church and church family. She 
							was very involved in all activities especially 
							working in the kitchen and being a part of WMU. 
							Naomi was a housewife, wonderful mother, 
							grandmother, sister, and aunt. 
							 
							Visitation for Mrs. Pinkley will be Tuesday, 
							September 8 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at 
							Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln. 
							Services for Naomi will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, 
							September 9, 2015 at the Lincoln Southern Baptist 
							Church with Rev. Dennis Shaw officiating. Burial 
							will follow in Zion Cemetery, Lincoln.  
							 
							In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in 
							Naomi’s name to Lincoln Southern Baptist Church or 
							donor’s choice.
