		-  The Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation and 
		Memorial SportsCare at ALMH reminds participants of the Moving Forward 
		5K/10K Run/Walk early bird deadline of September 16, 2015. The Run/Walk 
		will take place in rain or shine at 9am on Saturday, October 10 at 
		Edward Madigan State Park in Lincoln.

			 Those who register for this chip-timed and course-certified event 
			before September 16 will enjoy a discounted registration fee.  
			Youth pricing is also available. Registration includes a long sleeve 
			race shirt, snacks, and a finishers medal. Prizes will be awarded to 
			top finishers in several age divisions. A free 200-yard kid dash 
			will be held at 8:30am offering small prizes for all participants 10 
			and under. After September 16, registration will increase $5. 
			 
			Runners and walkers of all fitness levels and ages can register 
			online at www.ALMH.org.  
			Proceeds support local wellness programs.

			we serve, and what better way than through exercise? I hope that 
			this event encourages people of all fitness levels to move forward 
			towards good health,” said Todd Mourning, D.P.T., Director of 
			Program Development and Rehab Services at ALMH.

			Memorial SportsCare at ALMH is a full-service athletic training 
			program for young athletes and active adults. Services include 
			performance enhancement, injury prevention, concussion management, 
			training zone programs, high-tech knee and shoulder treatment, and
