Mr. Ruben called the meeting to order at 5:30pm.
A motion was made by Mr. Farmer, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to
approve the minutes of the July 14, 2015 meeting as printed. Motion
passed.
Old Business:
FY 15-16 Budget: The committee spent considerable time reviewing
the first draft of the FY 15-16 budget page by page. After
adjustments were made, the General Fund shows a fund balance at the
end of FY 15-16 of -$577,000. Mr. Ruben asked everyone present to
spend the next couple of weeks reviewing individual lines.
Recommendations for adjustments to bring the budget in balance will
be discussed at the August meeting.

New Business:
Assessor’s vehicle: Mr. Ruben reported he had received word
from Denise Martinek that the vehicle currently assigned to the
Assessor’s Office for their use is no longer operable. The
committee needs to evaluate options concerning the disposal of
that vehicle.
A motion was made by Mr. Anderson, seconded by Mrs. Davenport,
to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed. Meeting ended at 6:57 pm.
