 The Lady Lynx were again missing two starters from their lineup due
to injury (Gine Moore) and illness (Peyton Jones), but the team
pulled together and got the job done by scores of 25-21, 19-25,
25-22, 25-19. Lincoln improved thier record to 8-7 on the season.

"I was extremely proud of the effort our team gave tonight.
"Aira Hanson did a fantastic job of filling in for Peyton at the
middle hitter position and we got several strong performances from
our regulars.

"We did a good job of passing in serve receive which gave us the
opportunity to control the tempo of the match. We also limited our
unforced errors tonight which may have been the biggest key to the
victory.
"I look forward to seeing our regular line up in action soon, but
it's nice to know we can play this well even when we are not
full-strength."
LC travels to Belleville on Thursday to take on the Lindenwood-Belleville
University JV team.
