 This event is open to the public, and offers an opportunity for
families to come and select whatever they may need for adults or
children.
The Day of Warmth will be held Saturday, October 10 in the church
basement. Doors will open at 10 a.m. and close at noon.
For those who are able and feel so led, a free will donation may be
given at the time clothing is selected.
For anyone who wishes to donate, clean, gently used items, those
donations may be left inside the church from now through October
3rd. The current needs are for all sizes of coats, boots, gloves,
hats and scarves.
The Atlanta United Methodist Church is located at the corner of
Second and Race Streets, in Atlanta.
