			1, 2016 surrounded by her loving family at Memorial Medical Center, 
			Springfield. |

							Obituary 
							 
							Gerlyn B. “Jeri” Moriearty, 71, of Lincoln, passed 
							away on April 1, 2016 surrounded by her loving 
							family at Memorial Medical Center, Springfield.
 Jeri was born August 1, 1944 in Greenview, IL. the 
							daughter of Bus and Faye (Boyer) Wolstenholme. She 
							married Michael Moriearty on May 16, 1965 in 
							Lincoln; he survives.
 
 Also surviving Jeri are her children, Doug (Kandy) 
							Moriearty and Michelle Moriearty; her brother, Terry 
							(Linda) Leslie; her sister, Barb (Gary) Anderson; 
							her sister-in-law, Kay Leslie; her grand children, 
							Jessica (Daniel) Benedict, Ryan (Lauren) Moriearty, 
							Nate (Haley) Brandt, Nolan Moriearty; her 
							great-granddaughter, Adi Benedict; and her nieces 
							and nephews of which there are too many to mention. 
							She was preceded in death by her parents, and her 
							brother Jim.
 
 Jeri loved to play card games with her friends and 
							family she was also a collector of holiday greeting 
							cards; especially Christmas. Jeri loved the 
							Christmas season, she loved it because she would be 
							surrounded by her family, and because Jeri was born 
							to shop. Above all else, Jeri loved her family and 
							she will be greatly missed by anyone fortunate 
							enough to have known her.

							A Celebration of Jeri’s life will be held on a later 
							date. Arrangements have been entrusted to 
							Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home Lincoln,. 
							Memorial donations may be made in Jeri’s name to St. 
							Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
