Obituary
Bradley Alan Aper, 33, of Hartsburg passed away in
the early morning on Friday April 8, 2016.
Brad was born on October 2, 1982 in Lincoln, IL. the
son of Larry and Nancy (Conklen) Aper.
Brad is survived by his parents; his daughter,
Madison Aper; his brother, Dirk (Ashley) Aper; two
nephews, Devin and Rylan Aper.
Brad was preceded in death by his paternal
grandparents, Harold and Ruby Aper; and his maternal
grandparents, Edgar and Beulah Conklen.
Brad worked for Illinois American Water as a
technician in Lincoln; He was also a graduate of
Illinois State University. He was an avid Cardinal
fan and loved outdoor activities. He also enjoyed
helping on the family farm, spending time with his
friends, and competing in chili cook-offs. Above all
else, Brad loved spending time with his daughter. |
A memorial gathering will be held from 4:00-7:00
p.m. on Wednesday April 13, 2016 at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. A
private family graveside service will be held on a
later date at Hartsburg Union Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Brad’s name to The
Madison Aper Education Fund.
