							Obituary 
							 Elizabeth I. (Ivy Sotzen) 
							Balding, 67, of Spring Hill, TN formerly of Mount 
							Pulaski, passed away at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday April 
							6, 2016 at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin, 
							TN. Ivy was born on September 9, 
							1948 in Decatur, to Vernon and Margaret Butler 
							Balding.  She worked for the State of Illinois as a 
							bookkeeper until her retirement.  She loved 
							gardening, traveling and spending time with her 
							family.  She was always ready to listen, but never 
							judged. She is survived by her two 
							daughters, Heather (Thomas) Ehardt of Spring Hill, 
							TN and Heidi Sotzen of Jacksonville, FL, three 
							grandchildren, Rebecca Ehardt, Henry Ehardt and 
							Jessica Gordon, one sister, Cindy Blaum of Traverse 
							City, MI, two nieces, Amanda (Jeremy) Sentieri and 
							Ashley (James) Rokos and one nephew, Tyler Blaum.  
							She was preceded in death by her parents.  | 
                    
					 
							Memorial services for Ivy will be held at 6:00 p.m. 
							Friday April 22, 2016 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader 
							Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski with Mark Weber 
							officiating.  Visitation will be two hours prior to 
							services from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Private graveside services will 
							be held at Graceland Cemetery in Decatur, at a later 
							date.
