 The screening is open to all families who live in the Mount
Pulaski School district and have a child that will be 3 years of age
on or before September 1, 2016.
Please call the Mount Pulaski Grade School office at 792-7220 to
schedule an appointment. 4 year olds who are not currently a part of
the program may also call for an appointment.
Before enrolling in the fall of 2016, students need to have a
current physical and immunization record, a lead test, and a
certified birth certificate on file in the office.
