Dr. Penny Haase Wittler, instructor, selected Sarah for many reasons, first she is passionate about agriculture, especially in the dairy science and production area. “Sarah loves to learn! She is an academically strong student earning a 4.0. In addition, Sarah exhibits outstanding leadership skills.

"She is honest, loyal, caring and extremely personable. This past year she has been an excellent leader to her FFA Chapter and has led activities such as the community garden efforts of tulip planting and National FFA week. Sarah has run all of our officer meetings, FFA events, and has competed in many FFA competitions such as Dairy Foods and State Dairy Judging. Her character is what draws others to her. Because of Sarah’s positive demeanor and attitude she will excel in all she chooses to do in life and career. She has bright and exciting future ahead of her.”
