Illinois grain prices in country elevators

[August 04, 2016]  SPRINGFIELD — This is Thursday's report of the grain prices and trends prepared by the USDA and the Illinois Department of Agriculture.

In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were down 4 to 5 cents. Soybean bids were steady to 2 cents
higher.

In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were down 2 to 4 cents. Soybean bids were 1 to 2 cents higher.

In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were down 6 to 10 cents. Soybean bids were up 1 cent. Wheat bids were 7 cents lower.
