Obituary
Lucille Geyer, 79, passed away at 12:25 P.M. August
17, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving
family.
Lucy was born on February 22, 1937 in Springfield,
daughter of Roy and Juanita Smith Etter. She married
Eugene Geyer on March 23, 1957 in Springfield. He
survives her.
Also surviving Lucy are her children: Connie (Kevin)
Leonard of San Antonio, TX, Jean Ann (Mike) Miller
of Lincoln, and Barbara (Mike) Morris of Mount
Pulaski; four grandchildren: Kate Miller, Samantha,
Wyatt, and Hayden Morris. She was preceded in death
by her parents.
Lucy was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Mount
Pulaski. She enjoyed Cross Stitching and taking
trips to Branson, MO. She was an avid Cubs fan. |
Services for Lucy will be 10 a.m. Monday August 22,
2016 at Zion Lutheran Church in Mount Pulaski with
Rev. John Buescher officiating. Visitation will be
from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday August 21, 2016 also at
the church. Burial at Mount Pulaski Cemetery will
follow the service.
Memorials may be made in Lucy’s name to Zion
Lutheran Church, Relay for Life, or Latham Fire and
Rescue.
Services are entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski.
