Illinois grain prices in country elevators

[August 29, 2016]  SPRINGFIELD — This is Monday's report of the grain prices and trends prepared by the USDA and the Illinois Department of Agriculture.

In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were down 4 cents. Soybean bids were 3 cents lower.

In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were down 5 to 6 cents. Soybean bids were 3 cents lower.

In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 1 to 4 cents lower. Soybean bids were down 3 cents. Wheat bids dropped 10 to 13 cents.
