Lady Hilltoppers defeat Warrensburg-Latham on the basketball court

[December 05, 2016]    Mount Pulaski hosted Warrensburg-Latham Saturday and handed the visiting team a 58-49 loss at the Ed Butkovich Gymnasium.

Mount Pulaski led the ballgame 32-22 at the half and never relinquished the lead to the Cardinals.

The Lady Hilltoppers played well on both ends of the court and eight players scored for the purple and gold. Mount Pulaski was led by Skylar Hayes with 27 points.

The Lady Hilltoppers improve to 3-4 on the season.

Mount Pulaski will host Midwest Central tonight with the JV scheduled to tip off at 6 p.m. and the Varsity to follow at approximately 7:30 p.m.
