Pulaski falls in girls basketball to Springfield Lutheran

Mount Pulaski visited Springfield Lutheran Thursday night on the
girls basketball court and the Crusaders handed the Hilltoppers a
54-36 loss.
The Crusaders led the entire way with the scores being 15-9 after
one quarter, 22-15 at the half and 35-26 at the end of three
quarters of play.
The lead only grew in the final eight minutes as Katie Elmore was
leading the way for Springfield Lutheran with 18 points.
The Crusaders defense held Skylar Hayes and Morgan May each to 11
points in the contest.
Mount Pulaski will host South Fork at the Ed Butkovich Gymnasium
this Saturday beginning at 11 a.m.
