Many
children in Logan County have had an opportunity to
sit on Santa’s lap and whisper their deepest wishes.
This past Saturday Santa paid visits to Lincoln as
well as Mount Pulaski.
On Saturday morning he set up shop at the Lincoln
Park District, where children enjoyed talking with
him, as well as having milk and cookies and taking
the time to color and play.
On Saturday evening, Santa participated in the Mount
Pulaski Christmas Parade. At the end of the parade
he made his way to the Mount Pulaski Courthouse,
where he had plenty of time to visit with children
who came to see him. The children also heard stories
read by volunteers, and did Christmas arts and
crafts projects.
