In the seventh grade contest, the Crusaders came away
victorious by a score of 41-31.
The Crusaders were led in scoring by Andrew Graue with 18
points, Trent Koehler with 12 and Drew McCray with 9. Rounding
out the Crusader scoring was Paul Schwantz with 2 points.
The win moves the seventh grade team to 11-4 on the season.
In eighth grade action, the Crusaders again proved victorious by
a score of 52-21.
The Crusaders were led by Dylan Singleton with 22 points and
Jared Helton with 17. The rest of the scoring for the home team
included Andrew Graue with 5, Nathan Fulscher with 4, and Jared
Merriman and Trent Koehler with two each. The 8th graders are
now 13-2 on the season.
The Crusaders have one game left before Christmas break, which
will be at Chester-East Lincoln on Thursday evening, with the
seventh grade game starting at 6 p.m. and the eighth grade game
to follow.
