Mavericks 112, Nuggets 92
Dallas was off and running early and buried the Nuggets in an
avalanche of fast breaks and buckets from just about everywhere to
build a double-digit lead that expanded to 22 points thanks to a
15-2 run to close out an electric first half.
The Mavs scored a season-best 65 points in the opening 30 minutes as
a result of 66.7 percent shooting in the second quarter and 65.1
percent shooting in the first half that included going 24-of-32
inside the arc for a cool 75 percent.
Clippers 121, Trail Blazers 120
Blake Griffin scored 26 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and handed out
six assists, and Los Angeles held on for a victory over Portland.
Chris Paul contributed 21 points and 14 assists, while J.J. Redick
chipped in 19 points for Los Angeles. Jamal Crawford added 14 points
off the bench.
Kings 116, Lakers 92
DeMarcus Cousins scored 16 of Sacramento's 39 third-quarter points
and the Kings rode their best quarter of the season to a victory
over Los Angeles.
The Kings, who endured a season-worst, eight-point fourth quarter in
Saturday's loss at Utah, won for just the second time in seven
games.
Cousins finished with 31 points, and Darren Collison added 10 of his
20 in the third to help the Kings turn a 58-49 halftime deficit into
a 88-71 lead entering the final quarter. (Editing by John O'Brien)
