LINCOLN - William E. Pinney, 57, of
Lincoln, died on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at 9:55 p.m. in the
emergency room of Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. |

Visitation: 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Peasley Funeral Home
in Lincoln.

5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home

Obituary
William E. Pinney, 57, of Lincoln, died on Thursday,
December 15, 2016, at 9:55 p.m. in the emergency
room of Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at Peasley Funeral Home
in Lincoln.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. with Rev.
Larry Crawford officiating.
William Edward Pinney was born July 11, 1959, in
Lincoln, the son of James E. and Joyce Smith Pinney.
He was united in marriage with Susan Musick on
October 18, 1980. She survives.
Also surviving are: one son, Jacob Pinney of
Lincoln; one brother: Jim (Becky) Pinney of Atlanta;
two sisters: Debbie Pinney Maaks and Darla Pinney,
both of Lincoln.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and
best friends: Arthur Park and Jim Bode.
Bill graduated from Lincoln Community High School in
1977 and was an independent over the road truck
driver. He was never a "Twitterface" and never set
foot in the Lincoln Super Wal-mart.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer
Society.
Final arrangements are entrusted with Peasley
Funeral Home of Lincoln.
