							Elsie Lou Schuttler, 96, passed away at 7:25 on 
							December 15, 2016 at Christian Village of Lincoln.
 Elsie was born on June 10, 1920 in Tremont, IL; 
							daughter of Louis and Elizabeth (Siebenthal) Moser. 
							She married Marvin H. Schuttler on February 9, 1944 
							in Pekin. He preceded her in death in 1975.
 
 Surviving Elsie are her children: Marsha (Mike) 
							Menzel of Williamsville, and Margie (Lynn) Sheley of 
							Lincoln, two sisters: Wilma (Don) Nafziger of 
							Delavan, and Vera (Bob) Boyer of Yates City, one 
							brother: Roland (Jera) Moser of Burkeville, TX; one 
							sister-in-law: Barbara Moser; five grandchildren: 
							Jake (Lauren) Sheley, Luke (Jessica) Sheley, Annie 
							(Daren) Kowieski, Dane Menzel, and Cole Menzel; one 
							great granddaughter: Violet Sheley. She was preceded 
							in death by her parents, one brother, one sister, 
							and one brother-in-law.

							Elsie was a member of the First United Methodist 
							Church in Lincoln, The Ruth Circle, Quilters at 
							Heart, and she did volunteer at the Pink Shutter in 
							Lincoln.
 Services for Elsie will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday 
							December 21, 2016 at the First United Methodist 
							Church in Lincoln, with Rev. Brad Curtis 
							officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to 
							the service also at the church. A graveside service 
							will be held at 2:00 p.m. December 21, 2016 at 
							Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Tremont.
 
 Memorials may be made in Elsie’s name to The First 
							United Methodist Church, American Cancer Society, or 
							donor’s choice.
 
 Services are entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader 
							Funeral Home in Lincoln.
