Obituary
Donald B. Thompson, 59, of Atlanta formerly of
Rodeo, New Mexico passed away on Sunday, December
18, 2016 at his sister's home in rural Atlanta.
Private family services are scheduled.
Cremation Rites have been accorded.
Donald Bruce Thompson was born in Pensacola, Florida
on September 19, 1959 the son of Donald Homer and
Elizabeth Wicker Thompson.
He is survived by his mother: Elizabeth Thompson of
Lincoln. One sister: Elizabeth (Robert) Twyman of
Atlanta.
He was preceded in death by his father.

Mr. Thompson graduated from Lakeside High School in Atlanta,
Georgia, Kennesaw College in Georgia and the University of
Illinois with a PH.d.
He was a Professor at the Arizona State University and Research
Scientist at the National Institute of Health.
He was also employed as an Estate Manager in Rodeo, New Mexico.
Memorials may be made to Memorial Hospice in Springfield.
Quiram Peasley Funeral Home is assisting the family with
arrangements.
