Hartem led 27-26 after a high-scoring first quarter. Halftime
saw the lead change in favor of Dwight, 40-39. At the end of
three quarters the Trojans were up 57-51 and the Stags gave it
their best in the final eight minutes only to come up short and
take the 69-67 loss.
Alec Hayes was the Stags Player of the Game with 29 points, 6
rebounds and 6 assists.
Justin Fox was the Player of the Game for Dwight with a
tournament record-setting 33 points scored in the contest.
Both Hayes and Fox were named to the All-Tournament Team. Fox
also set a new All-Tournament scoring record with 109 points
scored in 4 games.
Congratulations to the Stags for their 6th place finish in the
tournament.
