Lincoln Presidential Library offers free day, special events, rare
documents throughout February
SPRINGFIELD
- On Friday, February 12th, in honor of
Abraham Lincoln's Birthday the Lincoln
Presidential Museum and Library will offer
free admission to all museum goers. Special
displays and events will include a
handwritten copy of the Gettysburg Address
and children may learn about the jobs
Lincoln held before reaching the White House
and there will be a concert of Civil War-era
music.
