In both Logan and Mason Counties, 100percent of the respondents
indicated that they were satisfied with the Transportation services.
Of all respondents that were surveyed 97 percent would recommend the
service to a friend and 90 percent rated the overall quality
of the services, "Excellent."
Executive Director Alison Rumler-Gomez stated, “We know we are doing
things right in the transportation space, but it feels really good
to have an independent source confirm that our riders are happy,
having positive experiences, and willing to refer their friends.”
