 It was the Jazz's seventh consecutive victory, and one that for most
of the night didn't look as if it would happen. Utah fell behind by
11 in the first quarter, 15 in the second, and never really
challenged until tightening the defensive screws in the fourth
quarter to erase an 87-78 deficit.
Dallas was on its way to victory, leading 110-107 with one last Jazz
possession to go. Utah forward Rodney Hood, who finished with a
game-high 29 points, forced overtime by burying a high-arching
3-pointer over Dallas forward Chandler Parsons, who was practically
in Hood's jersey.
Warriors 123, Rockets 110
OAKLAND, Calif. -- Harrison Barnes scored 10 of his 19 points during
a 17-5 run to open the fourth quarter as Golden State exploded from
a tie after three periods to beat Houston.
Stephen Curry poured in 35 points, his 23rd game with 30 or more
this season, helping the Warriors win their 10th in a row. Golden
State improved to 24-0 at home this season with its 42nd consecutive
victory at Oracle Arena.
Golden State led 38-22 in the first quarter before the Rockets
rallied behind a game-high 37 points from shooting guard James
Harden. Houston led by five points early in the third quarter.
Bucks 112, Celtics 111
MILWAUKEE -- Khris Middleton's free throw with 0.6 seconds left
saved Milwaukee from overtime and snapped a five-game losing streak
with a victory over Boston at the Bradley Center.
Middleton finished with 20 points for the Bucks, who got 29 points
and 12 rebounds from Greg Monroe.
Monroe's hook shot with a second to play seemed to give the Bucks
the lead for good, but Jerryd Bayless was whistled for a foul on the
other end, and Kelly Olnyk sank two free throws to tie the game at
111.
Avery Bradley, whose 18 paced the Celtics, was whistled on
Milwaukee's inbounds attempt, sending Middleton to the line for the
game-winner.

Wizards 111, Knicks 108
NEW YORK -- Bradley Beal and John Wall made big shots down the
stretch and Washington spoiled the debut of New York Knicks interim
coach Kurt Rambis with a victory at Madison Square Garden.
Beal scored seven of his 26 points during the final 12 minutes when
the Wizards never allowed the Knicks to lead by more than one point.
Wall scored 15 of his 28 points in the final quarter and also handed
out 17 assists.
Beal and Wall shot a combined 18-of-38 from the field and were the
latest guards to have big nights against the Knicks, who lost their
sixth straight and 10th in 11 games.
Spurs 119, Heat 101
MIAMI -- San Antonio had an extremely rare seven-point possession,
and it defeated Miami at AmericanAirlines Arena.
San Antonio was led by LaMarcus Aldridge (28 points) and small
forward Kawhi Leonard (23 points, nine rebounds). The Spurs won for
the 19th time in 21 games.
The Spurs led 87-80 in the fourth quarter when Patty Mills hit a
3-pointer while being fouled by Heat guard Beno Udrih. Mills made
his free throw. However, while in the lane waiting for a potential
rebound, Heat center Hassan Whiteside elbowed Spurs center Boban
Marjanovic. Whiteside was ejected, and San Antonio got a free throw
-- Marjanovic converted -- and the ball. Leonard completed the
possession with a baseline jumper.
