On
Monday night, the Logan County Tourism Bureau met
for its February meeting, with two new members on
the council. According to procedure established by
the Logan County Alliance, the chairperson of the
Council will be a member of the Alliance Council,
and will change annually. The new chair of the
Tourism Council for this year will be Sal Pollice.
Also joining the council is Gail Sasse, replacing
the departing Kristi Powell. Sasse served on the old
Tourism Bureau Board of Directors for many years but
resigned that position in 2014. Pictured from
foreground to background on the left are council
members Steve Parrott, Ron Keller and Gail Sasse. In
the right-hand picture are council members Renee
Martin, Tourism Director Maggie McMurtrey, and
Chairman Sal Pollice. Council members Paresh Patel
and Shawn Taylor were absent for the evening.
