invited to Trivia Night Fundraiser at Lincoln College
Proceeds support Special Olympics of Logan
County Polar Plunge

LINCOLN
- The Iota Chi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society is hosting a
Trivia Night contest and fundraiser on Saturday, February 27 at 6:00
p.m. in the Meyer-Evans Student Center on the Lincoln College
campus. Proceeds from the event will help support Special Olympics
of Logan County’s Polar Plunge event.

The cost is $10 per person with a maximum of eight people per team.
A $100 cash prize will be awarded to the winning team. In addition
to the trivia contest, there will be a 50/50 drawing.
The Lincoln College Snack Bar will open at 5:30 p.m. and have food
for purchase including burgers, fries, cheese sticks, beverages, and
other tasty treats. The Iota Chi Chapter will provide free popcorn
for all participants.
When asked about the importance of the fundraiser, Iota Chi chapter
President Edward Bowlby, a sophomore from Lincoln, IL responded,
“This is the fourth year our chapter will be participating in the
Polar Plunge, and we are excited to include the funds raised during
our Trivia Night to our Polar Plunge donation.”

Four years ago, Iota Chi Chapter committed their continuous support to the Polar
Plunge and in conjunction with other campus organizations the chapter has worked
to continually increase its donations to Special Olympics of Logan County.
