Chester-East Lincoln Panthers take two on the road

[January 07, 2016]  LINCOLN - The Panthers boys basketball team from Chester-East Lincoln opened 2016 with 2 wins on the road at Springfield Christian on Thursday night.

The 7th grade team won 35-25.

Seth Tungate lead the scoring with 12 points, Griffin Turner and Jaden Klopp each had 6, 5 points for Elijah Pollice, Tanner Strampp had 4 and Alex Ward had 2 points.

The 8th grade team won 48-27.

Isaac Dewberry had 14 points to lead the Panthers. Will Ewald had 12, Noah Funk finished with 11, Xavier Miller had 8, 2 points for Jace McIntosh and 1 free throw for Austin Prater.
