Truck Bids - Two bids for a basic 6 cylinder, 4 wheel
drive were received. Both bids meet the bid specifications and

Old Business: Mr. Fulscher reported receipt of a letter
regarding state-owned Motorola base stations that were destroyed
by lightning damage that should have been returned to the state
but ended up recycled on accident. The letter stated EMA owes
$11,000 on the radios and $7,000 for usage. A response from EMA
is a formality as Logan County is named the fiduciary for the
grants, but it was a grant funded MCOM product that was damaged,
so the fee can be paid out of the local side of the grant money
that EMA operates, possibly from the ISMA budget.

in.
