1,000 Win $1,000 daily at H&R Block
Lincoln resident among early winners in contest

[January 25, 2016]  LINCOLN - HRB Tax Group, Inc. is giving away $1,000 to 1,000 winners daily from January 16-February 19, 2016, for a total of 32 days. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Puerto Rico, H&R Block clients who pay for an eligible tax return are automatically entered into the drawing.

Felicia Thresher (pictured above left) is a $1000 winner from Lincoln! According to Clarence Barney, Jr. she is the first winner of a contest since he opened H&R Block 48 years ago.

Office Manager Debra Menzel (on the right), completed the tax return for Felicia. Felicia said, "I honestly thought is was a mix-up." When asked how she was going to spend the money she said, "I'm gonna pay my car title! One less bill!"
