 The applicant must be 18 years of age or older. Only the spouse,
daughter, or son of a VFW member is eligible to apply.
The qualifying member must have been a member of the VFW Auxiliary
for one year prior to application. Previous national winners are not
eligible.

its entirety by February 10, 2016.
