Bruins head to sectional after regional win against Pawnee

[January 28, 2016]    The 7th grade Mount Pulaski Bruins Boys Basketball team ended the season for the Pawnee Indians, winning the 7-2A regional with a 44-39 in front of a great crowd of Mount Pulaski fans.

The Bruins are now in the Sweet 16 Sectional for 7-2A boys.

In what was a great juniorhigh basketball game the Bruins came out on top with Drew Martin leading the way with 23 points and 19 rebounds, followed by Aidan Schneider with 10, Grant Davis 9, and Lane Murphy 2 points.

The Bruins will play the winner of the Decatur Robinson regional next Wednesday, February 3 at 6:30 p.m. at Mount Pulaski Grade School.
