“We had a great crowd and the kids preformed well against a
very good team,” stated Coach Alex Dawson.
The match of the night was at the 119 lb. weight class where
Lincoln’s Trevor Bree won by a fall.
Also winning for the Trojans were 70 lb. Jaden Frainer, 112 lb.
Austin Donoghue, 126 lb. Brandon Sweitzer, 135 lb. Dalton
Westcott, 145 lb. Alex Bogdanic, 155 lb. Issiah Sweitzer, 167
lb. Bryan Garza and 185 lb. Justin Horchem.
In JV action Tony Gandolfi, David Pappach and Cade Tanner all
won their match.
Next up for the Trojans is a Monday evening meet against
Glenwood and Beardstown in Chatham at 5 p.m.
