LC Coach Mark Tippett: "We played sloppy volleyball for
stretches of sets one and two which is not what I would have
liked to see, but our athleticism and ability to make
adjustments helped us get over the unforced errors that often
held us back. We got some good contributions from freshmen
players tonight who stepped in and made plays when we needed
them. Overall, it was a solid win and one we can learn from as
we move closer to the start of our club conference season."
LC will host the Illinois State University club team next
Tuesday evening for a 7:00 PM match.
