Lincoln Police Department

  • Austif, Betsie L., 25, of Franklin, arrested June 29 at 4:59 p.m. in the 100 block of Water Street on charge of retail theft. 

  • Coddington, Barry A., 56, of Lincoln, arrested June 30 at 3:50 p.m. on charge of criminal trespass to property. 

  • Kelly, Kiri S., 29, of Lincoln, arrested June 30 at 8:22 p.m. on Menard County warrant. 

  • Moore, Austin M., 21, of Lincoln, arrested June 29 at 7:57 p.m. on Main Street at Woodlawn Road on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Swinford, Stacy L., 38 of Springfield, arrested July 1 at 1:09 a.m. in the 300 block of Keokuk Street on a Menard County warrant.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Bowersock, Nicole L., 26, of Lincoln, arrested June 29 at 12:25 p.m. in the 2100 block of Fifth Street on Sangamon County warrant.  

  • Cheatham, Codie R., 25, of Lincoln, arrested June 29 at 12:00 noon in the 2100 block of Fifth Street on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to an ordinance violation. 

  • Marsh, Michael W., 64 of Benton, Ark., arrested June 29 at 11:24 a.m. at the Logan County Courthouse on Logan County warrant for charges of reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence. 

  • Mattingly, Jeffery C., 18, of Middletown, arrested July 1 at 3:37 a.m. in the 1400 block of 121 on charge of possession of controlled substance.

  • Teubner, Rosie M., 57, of Lincoln, arrested June 30 at 9:21 p.m. in the 100 block of Route 10 on charge of driving with a expired license. 

  • Treakle, Terry W., 62, of Lincoln, arrested July 1 at 3:43 a.m. in the 1400 block of 121 on charge of possession of controlled substance.
