The Woods Foundation Garden
Villa at The Christian Village, a brand new assisted living
community in Lincoln, moved the first three residents into their new
homes Friday, July 8, 2016.

The Woods Foundation Garden Villa offers a comfortable lifestyle for
seniors who need the security of having assistance close at hand.
The intimate community of 12-apartment homes provides the
independence and privacy residents desire, as well as supportive
friendships and a caring staff. Vibrant interior colors create a
welcoming and inspiring environment.
“This beautiful community is going to make a big difference in the
lives of our seniors,” said Cindy White, Director of Well Being at
The Woods Garden Villa.
Person directed support services are provided based on the
resident’s individualized care plan.
“With hallways and outdoor paths laid out on a circular plan, the
community focuses on making daily life easier and more manageable
for residents,” said Jo Hilliard, Administrator of The Christian
Village.
The community features:
- Three homemade meals served restaurant-style each day
- A diverse, full-time activities program based on the Seven
Dimensions of Wellness
- Weekly housekeeping and laundry service
- Secured outdoor courtyard for gardening, strolling and
enjoying the fresh air
- 24-hour emergency response, smoke and fire alarms, and
sprinkler system

Amenities include:
- Spa room and salon
- Spacious common areas, including living room and
library/game room
- Cable TV, wireless internet and all utilities included
except telephone
- 24-hour staffing
- Walk-in showers with grab bars and bath bench for safety
The Woods Foundation Garden Villa is now open in Lincoln at 302
