September 15 at 5 p.m. in their main
facility in Atlanta, Illinois.

Church of Christ in Lincoln is sponsoring a
Christian Carnival on Sunday from 2:30 to
4:30 p.m. The activities will be on the
church's parking lot, at the corner of
Eighth and Maple streets.
 The
public is invited. All ages are welcome to
join in the games, snacks, songs, stories
and more fun -- and win prizes, too -- all
for free.

St. John UCC will be presenting “SERVING OTHERS” as the theme for
the 2016 Vacation Bible School program. The program will be held for
all ages on July 26th, 27th and 28th from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Each
evening will begin with a ‘kid friendly meal’ and will include a
field trip (by bus) to serve a local agency.
The agencies that will be visited and time spent sharing in their
program will be to a Food Pantry, a Nursing Home and the Habitat For
Humanity local build project site showing how we care for one
another. Time will also include Bible stories and Prayer time.
