							Obituary 
							 Steven Lee "Steve" Billings, 65, of Emden, passed 
							away Thursday, July 14, 2016, at The Christian 
							Village. 
							 
							Cremation rites have been accorded. Holland Barry & 
							Bennett Funeral Home has been entrusted with his 
							care. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. 
							Monday, July 25, 2016, at St. Peters Lutheran 
							Church, Emden. A time of visitation will be one hour 
							prior ( from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.) also at the 
							church. 
							 
							Steve was born August 31, 1950, in Lincoln, the son 
							of Everett and Ruby Mae (Marten) Billings. He 
							married Rita Marie Stout on October 5, 1985, in 
							Atlanta. He was employed at Fink Chevrolet from 
							1968-1991, at Dixie Truck Stop in Mclean from 
							1991-1996 and at St Peters Lutheran Church in Emden 
							from 1996-2012. He enjoyed fishing, shooting, old 
							western movies, and Wii bowling.  | 
							
							 
  
Surviving are his wife Rita Billings of Emden, daughters Lori (Matthew) Mason of 
Hartsburg and Michelle (Richard) Traviolia of Macomb; grandchildren Lucas Mason, 
Mitchell Mason, Otto Traviolia, and Oskar Traviolia; brother Stuart Billings of 
Atlanta and sister Stephanie Billings of Atlanta. 
 
Memorial donations may be made to the family in care of Rita Billings.
