Lincoln Police Department

• Davis, Destiny J., 18, of Lincoln, arrested July 26 at 2:51 a.m. on 21^st Street at Jefferson Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. 

• Graber, Mary M., 41, of Lincoln, arrested July 25 at 9:27 p.m. at her residence on charge of domestic battery. 

• Moffitt, Anthony F., 26, of Lincoln, arrested July 25 at 8:23 p.m. on charges of aggravated battery and aggravated assault. 

• Newby, Austin J., 22, of Broadwell, arrested July 25 at 8:23 p.m. on Eighth Street at Union Street on charge of obstructing a peace officer and Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to an ordinance violation. 

• Rothenberger, Michelle C., 34, of Decatur, arrested July 25 at 5:16 p.m. on Lincoln Parkway at Woodlawn Road on charge of driving with a revoked license.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

• Gee, Nicole R., 34, of Beason, arrested July 25 at 8:36 p.m. at her residence on charge of disorderly conduct. 

• Fulmer, Randy, 39, of Lincoln, arrested July 25 at 3:20 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to an ordinance violation. 

• Meserole, Shawna, 38, of Lincoln, arrested July 25 at 3:25 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to an ordinance violation. 

• Schleder-Escobedo, Kimberly S., 41, of Hartsburg, arrested July 25 at 9:41 p.m. on 2300^th Street on charge of driving under the influence.

Lincoln Police Department

• Franklin, Larry O., 36, of Springfield, arrested July 27 at 3:31 a.m. on Fifth Street on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

• Turner, Amy M., 38, of Lincoln, arrested July 26 at 1:20 p.m. on Seventh Street at State Street on Logan County warrant for failure to appear on charge of deceptive practices.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

• Mehan, Kayla R., 26, of Lincoln, arrested July 27 at 1:00 a.m. in the 200 block of Stahlhut Drive on charges of aggravated battery, possession of cannabis 10-30 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
