School Registration August 4th at West Lincoln-Broadwell

 

[July 29, 2016]  LINCOLN - West Lincoln-Broadwell School District #92 registration is scheduled for Kindergarten through 8th grade on Thursday, August 4, 2016, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Parents of kindergarten students, as well as students new to the district, are asked to bring a copy of their child’s Certified Birth Certificate, Social Security Number, and proof of residency (Driver’s License, bills, etc.)

SCHOOL FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

K - 8 Registration Fee
first child - $60.00
additional children-same family - $40.00 each
Pre-School (call office 732-2630)

K - 8 Hot Lunch
$ 2.90 per day
$14.50 per week
$87.00 Aug./Sept.

K-8 Breakfast
$ 1.90 per day

Milk only at Lunch
$ .40 per carton

Fees are expected to be paid at registration.

All students are required to have insurance. Students entering Kindergarten and Sixth Grade must have a school physical examination and proof of up-to-date immunizations. Students in K, 2 and 6 must show proof of dental examination, and K students and students new to the district must also show proof of eye examination. If you do not turn in these forms at registration, please turn them in to the school office at your earliest convenience. All forms are available on Ed-Line.

The first day of school is Friday, August 19th.
