As in previous years, the 2016 fundraiser will be held at Jubilee
State Park–Equestrian Area in Brimfield, Ill. There is no cost for
admission. The event includes a trail ride, lunch, auction, raffles
and giveaways. You don’t have to own or ride horses to be a part of
this event; the public is welcome and encouraged to attend. This
year’s raffle items include a zero radius turn lawn mower as well as
a nice selection of items—from gift certificates donated by local
businesses and restaurants to electronics as well as horse- and
home-related items. The auction is held under a tent and will be
take place whether rain or shine.
Come to Jubilee State Park for a day of fun, food and fundraising.
Create lasting memories all while supporting the children of St.
Jude and their families. Bring your friends and family, and the
Saddle Up group will provide delicious pork burgers with delectable
side dishes, beverages and treats. Join us and find out why people
cross state lines to be a part of this event. Volunteers are still
needed to fulfill a variety of roles. Seating not provided, so be

programs like Saddle Up for St. Jude to continue the hospital’s groundbreaking
research and lifesaving care. The daily operating cost for St. Jude is nearly
$1.4 million, which is primarily covered by public contributions.
