            		LINCOLN - Marjorie M. Osborn, 93, of 
			Lincoln formerly of Waynesville passed away on Thursday, June 9, 
			2016 at 12:28 a.m. at The Christian Village  in Lincoln.  |

							Obituary 
							Marjorie M. Osborn, 93, of Lincoln, passed away at 
							12:28 a.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2016, at The 
							Christian Village in Lincoln.
 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy 
							Family Catholic Church in Lincoln on Monday, June 
							13, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Simon Taabu and Mr. 
							Ryan Edgecombe will officiate.
 
 Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 
							a.m. at the church prior to the service.
 
 Burial will be in Roaches Chapel Cemetery in rural 
							McLean.
 
 Marjorie M. Denney, was born August 25, 1922, in 
							Ivesdale, the daughter of Joseph and Ethel Roche 
							Denney. She married Elmer K. Osborn in St. Louis on 
							September 18, 1942. He survives.
 
							Marjorie is survived by her husband, Elmer; their 
							son: Leroy (Julie) Osborn of Atlanta; two grandsons: 
							Daniel (Lori Murphy) Osborn of Atlanta and 
							Kristopher (Jeff Haydon) Osborn of Kansas City, Mo.; 
							one brother: Charles (Betty) Denney of Cleburne, 
							Tex.; two sisters: Emily Hickey of Lincoln and Mary 
							Wright of Mt. Pulaski; one great-grandson: Derrick 
							(Leah Heitzman) Osborn of Green Valley; and one 
							great-great-granddaughter: Claire Osborn. | 
                
                 
							Mrs. Osborn was preceded in death by one 
							great-grandson: Jared Osborn and one sister: 
							Josephine E. Leesman.
 
 Marjorie was a 1941 graduate of Lincoln Community 
							High School. She was a member of Holy Family 
							Catholic Church. She and her husband farmed in the 
							Waynesville area for over 40 years.
 
 Memorials may be made to The Christian Village 
							Alzheimer's Unit or the American Cancer Society.
 
 Funeral arrangements are entrusted with 
							Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta.
