June 22

  • 12:00 a.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 500 block of Third Street.

  • 2:52 a.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 200 block of North Madison Street.

  • 4:17 a.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 1000 block of North Jefferson Street.

  • 12:16 p.m. – Dispatch call to the 900 block of Primm Road. No incident found on arrival.

  • 3:11 p.m. – EMS call to the 100 block of North Sherman Street.

  • 10:32 p.m. – Call to the 600 block of Third Street for excessive heat, scorch burns with no ignition.

  • 10:44 p.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 2000 block of North Kickapoo Street.

June 23

  • 8:46 a.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 300 block of North Sheridan Street

  • 12:45 p.m. - Fire Extinguisher Program – off site

  • 1:07 p.m. – Assist invalid in the 1500 block of Seventh Street.

  • 1:23 p.m. – Assisting EMS in a call to the 900 block of North Jackson Street.

  • 1:32 p.m. – Knox-box service call to the 1500 block of Fifth Street.
