Lincoln Junior High wrestlers prepare for sectional this weekend

[February 29, 2016]    Lincoln Junior High Trojan Wrestler’s will have 10 competitors advance to the sectional finals next Saturday in East Peoria.

“It was my Birthday gift from the kid’s,” states coach Dawson, “and they wrestled very well.”

Finishing as sectional champs were 119 lb. Trevor Bree, 145 lb. Alex Bogdanic and 167 lb. Bryan Garza.

Finishing in 2nd place were 112 lb. Austin O’Donoghue, 126 lb. Brandon Sweitzer and 155 lb. Trenton Wright.

Third place winner was 126 lb. Tony Gandolfi and 4th place winners were 70 lb. Jaden Frainer, 135 lb. Dalton Westcott and 187 lb. Jamie Swathwood.
