County Extension offers terrarium workshop

LINCOLN
- On Monday, March 14 at 4 pm come get your hands dirty and plant a
tropical terrarium—a miniature “world in a bottle”. University of
Illinois Extension will offer a terrarium workshop at the Logan
County Extension Office, 980 N. Postville Drive, Lincoln. Cost to
attend is $15.

Youth and adults are encouraged to attend and learn how to transform
a glass container, potting soil and plants into their own custom
terrarium. Join Jennifer Fishburn, Horticulture Educator, as she
provides tips for creating and caring for a terrarium.
As part of the $15 registration fee, participants will create a
terrarium to take home.
