What’s my platform?
I do not have one other than the fact that I have a real desire to
ensure that Logan County remains a strong agricultural community.
I was born and raised on a farm and married to a Logan county farmer
and raised two sons who are now taking over our farming operation.
The drought of 1988 forced me back into the workplace. I was
employed at Tri-County Sp. Education and the Regional Office of
Education from August 1988 thru Feb. 2008. During that time I
closely followed the “workings” of our Logan County Board.

After my retirement, and a board seat becoming
available in my Dist., I feel I am ready to participate and I will
work diligently to represent my constituents to the best of my
ability. If I’m elected, I will bring knowledge and varied life
experiences. I not only want to represent everyone within my Dist.
but I want to work with the entire Board to bring jobs and new
business opportunities in an effort to keep our young people in
Lincoln and Logan County.
