Congratulations to the Hartsburg-Emden Stags 8th Grade
Volleyball Team who won the sectional title last night and will
advance to the IESA Class 8-1A StateTournament.
The Stags defeated Decatur Our Lady of Lourdes 25-23, 13-25 and
25-22 to win the sectional. The Stags (18-7) will play Pontiac
St. Mary’s (17-6) at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 19 at New
Berlin Junior High School.
Good luck also to the 7th grade volleyball team playing for the
state championship tonight at 6:45 p.m. in Pawnee.
