LINCOLN - Patricia M. Hart, 78, of
Lincoln, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 11:40 a.m. at St.
Clara's Manor in Lincoln.

Friday, March 18, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00
p.m. at the Peasley Funeral Home in Lincoln
Graveside Service:
Mayfield Memorial Park Cemetery in Carlinville, on
Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.

Obituary
Patricia M. Hart, 78, of Lincoln, passed away on
Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 11:40 a.m. at St. Clara's
Manor in Lincoln.
Visitation will be held on Friday evening, March 18,
2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Peasley
Funeral Home in Lincoln.
Graveside services will be in the Mayfield Memorial
Park Cemetery in Carlinville, Illinois on Saturday,
March 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
Patricia Mae Dopp was born on November 1, 1937 in
Chicago, the daughter of Henry B. and Anna Koziol
Dopp. She was united in marriage to John Hart on
January 28, 1956 in Carlinville, Illinois. He
survives.
Also surviving are her children: Steve (wife:
Barbara) Hart, Craig (wife: Barbara) Hart, and Susan
(husband: William) Baker; seven grandchildren, one
step-grandchild, and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two
sisters: Shirley Dopp and Vivian Brechlin; and one
brother: Harold Dopp.
Patricia was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran
Church in Lincoln.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer
Society.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted with Peasley
Funeral Home of Lincoln.
