WASHINGTON -- Daniel Winnik scored his first two goals as a member of the Capitals, Evgeny Kuznetsov had three assists and Washington defeated the Nashville Predators 4-1 on Friday night.

T.J. Oshie added his career-high 22nd goal of the season for the Capitals. Andre Burakovsky's 15th goal just 36 seconds into the third period made it 4-1.

Filip Forsberg scored his 29th goal of the season for the Predators, who got 26 stops from Carter Hutton.

Sabres 3, Senators 1

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Sam Reinhart had a goal and an assist to lead Buffalo over Ottawa.

Nicolas Deslauriers and Zach Bogosian also scored for the Sabres while Chad Johnson made 32 saves.

Alex Chiasson scored for the Senators and Craig Anderson made 31 saves.

Blackhawks 4, Jets 0

WINNIPEG, Manitoba -- Andrew Ladd stung his former teammates with a third-period goal and Chicago posted a victory over Winnipeg.

Ladd, dealt to Chicago just before the trade deadline in late February, took a pass from captain Jonathan Toews and slipped in his 20th goal of the season at 3:06 of the third period as the Blackhawks built a 3-0 lead.

Scott Darling made 27 saves for his first shutout of the season and just the second of his career while Patrick Kane, Marian Hossa and Tomas Fleischmann also scored for the Blackhawks.

Avalanche 4, Flames 3 (SO)

CALGARY, Alberta -- Mikkel Boedker scored the game-deciding goal in the shootout to lead Colorado over Calgary Flames at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

Erik Johnson, Tyson Barrie and Carl Soderberg scored for the Avalanche in regulation and Semyon Varlamov made 30 saves.

Matt Stajan, with his first goal in 30 games, Mark Giordano and Freddie Hamilton scored for the Flames, while Lance Bouma had a pair of assists.

Oilers 2, Canucks 0

EDMONTON, Alberta -- After losing eight of their previous nine games in their final season at Rexall Place, Edmonton dumped the Vancouver.

Jordan Eberle and Matt Hendricks scored for the Oilers while Cam Talbot stopped 40 shots for his second shutout in the last seven starts.

Jacob Markstrom made 23 saves for the Canucks.

Ducks 4, Bruins 0

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Frederik Andersen stopped 38 shots in his second shutout of the season to lead Anaheim to a rout of Boston at the Honda Center.

Ryan Kesler, Rickard Rakell, Hampus Lindholm and Jamie McGinn scored for the Ducks, who moved within four points of the first-place Los Angeles Kings and three ahead of the San Jose Sharks in the Pacific Division.

Jonas Gustavsson made 22 saves in his 17th start for the Bruins, who lost only their ninth road game of the season and their fourth in the past 15 away from TD Garden.
